Getting started

Your first 15 minutes: create the account, confirm your email, track a competitor and bring in your team.

On this page

Create your account

  1. Go to adintel.biz and enter your work email under Start free trial.
  2. Fill in your name, work email, a password (at least 8 characters) and a workspace name. Company and phone are optional; only our team sees them.
  3. Click Email me a code.

Use a real work address. Throwaway email services are refused at sign-up.

The free trial: 7 days of Starter features with 500 AI credits, 3 tracked brands and 1 seat. When it ends, your workspace goes read-only until you pick a plan: you can still browse the library and your boards, but tracking, uploads and invites pause. See pricing.

Confirm your email with the code

  1. Open the email from adintel. It holds a 6-digit code.
  2. Type the code on the Enter your code page and click Create my account.
  3. You are signed in, your workspace is created and a welcome email follows.

A code works for 10 minutes and allows 5 wrong tries. No email? Check your spam folder, then use send a new code (it unlocks after 60 seconds). You can ask for up to 3 codes an hour.

After this you sign in with your email and password. If you forget the password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page; we email a code and you choose a new one.

Your Space

A Space (your team's workspace) holds everything your team makes: boards, folders, tags, ratings, comments, saved filters, the brands you follow, your uploaded ads and your digest settings. Everyone in the Space sees the same things.

The ad library itself is shared by all customers. A brand tracked by one customer is collected once and visible to everyone, while your boards, notes and tracked-brand list stay private to your Space. Agencies use one Space per client.

The sidebar shows your Space, your plan, the days left on a trial and your credits. For the first 30 days the Library page also shows a short checklist: track a brand, save an ad to a board, install the extension and invite a teammate.

Track your first brand

  1. Open Brands in the app and click + Track a brand.
  2. Paste the brand's Facebook Ad Library link. To find it: open facebook.com/ads/library, choose the country and "All ads", search for the brand, then click the brand's name under Advertisers. The address bar now contains view_all_page_id=. Copy that whole address.
  3. Click Track brand.

adintel follows the brand, gives it its own board and pulls its ads. Pulling uses 0.4 credits per ad, so a brand with 300 ads uses about 120 credits. Refresh the brand page after a minute to see them. A Facebook page link that contains a number, or the bare page id, also works. A short page address such as facebook.com/brandname does not, because it carries no page id.

More in Brand tracking.

Save your first ad

Open the Library, click any card and choose Save to board, or use the board dropdown on the card itself. Each brand you follow already has its own board. To save straight from the Meta Ad Library, install the Chrome extension.

Invite the team

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Under Invite someone, add their email (optional) and pick a role: Member or Admin.
  3. Click Create invite link, then Copy and send the link to your teammate.

Invite links work once and expire after 7 days. Members can use boards and alerts. Admins can also invite people and run enrichment (the AI tagging and transcripts).

The trial includes 1 seat, and an open invite counts as a seat. To bring people in, pick a plan with more seats (Team includes 5) or add extra seats. See Team, plans and billing.

What to do next

  • Read what each brand tab means in Brand tracking.
  • Build a swipe file with Boards.
  • Send new competitor ads to Slack or email with digests (Team plan and up).
  • Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your competitors with the MCP connector (Team plan and up).
